Pick-a-Party is a Lakewood UCC idea in which congregants plan a wide range of super fun parties, invite people from the congregation and from outside the congregation to attend the party, charge a fee for attending the party and give the pick-a-party fees to the church. It builds community, expands and connects our networks, AND raises funds for the church.

And, if you have an idea for a party, please pick a date and reach out so we can get it on the list!
Party locations and times are varied. You will be contacted by the party host after you register for the party on this platform. Please do not let finances impede your ability to participate in the parties! We can arrange to cover party fees if needed and very much want you there! Friday, September 29: Improv Show!
Join Colin & Joy at their new theater for a night of entertainment. On Friday, September 29, at 7:00 pm, There will be two shows - one in the quick comedic style of “Whose Line is it Anyway?” and the other an improvised play, all based on your suggestions! We’ll have drinks & snacks and are excited to welcome you to our new space.
